Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30 day Returns Policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

A 25% RE-STOCKING/ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO THORNTON HUNDRED MOTORCYCLES. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF PURCHASING ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK, IMPORT CHARGES MAY APPLY. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

IF YOU REFUSE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY OR CHARGES TO ACCEPT AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM THORNTON HUNDRED, THE PACKAGE WILL BE DESTROYED AND NO REFUND GIVEN.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved for a full or partial refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds or items under warranty do not apply to second hand parts or accessories (parts or accessories not purchased directly from thorntonhundred.co.uk).

Sale items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 43 Lodge Farm Business Centre, Castlethorpe, Milton Keynes, Bucks, MK19 7ES.

You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item to us.
